Appointment Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled stretch time. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged in full. Failure to cancel your appointment results in a 100% charge of the scheduled service price. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Inclement weather: if you cannot safely make it to your appointment due to severe weather, please call and let us know. No cancellation fee will apply for reschedules due to inclement weather if you provide at least 2 hours notice so that you can save your therapist a trip to the office or allow them to go home early.
If you are late for your appointment, the number of minutes you are late will be deducted from your scheduled stretch time.
The Stretch Artists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason. We do not issue refunds for our services.
Expiration Dates
Single-purchase Quickies and Long Stretches expire after 90 days.
3 Pack and 6 Pack stretches expire after 90 days. 10 Packs expire after 180 days.
There is no expiration date for Gift Certificates.
Stretches in Subscription Packages expire at the end of each billing cycle, and unused stretches do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Subscription Package Terms and Conditions
If purchasing a subscription, I agree that this membership will auto renew each month by charging the credit card I have on file.
I understand that subscription purchases are a month-to-month commitment and that I must maintain my membership for a minimum of 3 months. I also understand that unused stretches do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
If I choose to cancel after the 3 months, I must do so at least 7 days before my next membership cycle begins.
Waiver of Liability
In any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Assisted Stretching and other physical exercises are no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. The client assumes the risk of Assisted Stretching or other exercise and releases the practitioner from any liability claims. I understand that I am participating in Assisted Stretching sessions with a specialist. I am aware of the physical risks involved with exercise and understand it is my personal responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation. I have no medical condition, which I am aware of, that would prevent me from taking part in these sessions and I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation. I take responsibility for alerting my practitioner to any physical, mental or emotional changes that occur with my health. The above information is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and understand its contents. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I also understand that canceled or missed appointments without 24 hours-notice (medical emergencies excluded) may be charged in full for the price of the missed session.
Please be advised that we are taking the following necessary precautionary measures during the COVID-19 Pandemic:
The stretch specialist will wear a mask during the appointment if you desire.
The stretch specialist will wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after the session.
The stretch specialist will cancel the appointment if feeling unwell and reschedule with another specialist if possible or reschedule with you at a later date.

Please cancel your appointment if you're feeling unwell or present with a fever.
If you are feeling sick, showing symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, cancel your appointment with no penalty. Our staff will also stay at home if they feel ill, or have had exposure to the virus.
